Position: Volunteer/Intern

Location: Accra (Preferably). Most work will be done remotely.

About Us:

At the Africa Centre for Energy and Environmental Sustainability (ACEES), our mission is to drive positive change by advancing clean energy solutions, promoting energy efficiency practices, and fostering a sustainable environment in Ghana  and beyond. Through our efforts, we aim to create a greener and more resilient future for generations to come. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join us as a volunteer or interns.

Key Responsibilities:

As a volunteer with us, you will have the chance to be an integral part of our team. Your responsibilities will include:

– Participating in industry events to promote our initiatives.

– Supporting live Q&A sessions to engage with our audience.

– Taking charge of email marketing and social media efforts.

– Collaborating on outreach programs targeting schools and industry partners.

– Implementing innovative referral programs to expand our reach.

– Enhancing and managing our organization’s website.

– Be willing to perform any other reasonably responsibility that will be assigned to you

Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualities:

 Excellent proposal writing skills and creative concept development.

Strong sense of ownership and dedication to our organization’s mission.

 Enthusiasm for engaging with various audiences through events and social media.

 Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
